Further Information
A super camp in the heart of the Okavango Delta, Nxabega Safari Camp comprises
beautiful, well-furnished, comfortable, ensuite tents constructed on raised
platforms.
Guests
can experience the excitement of game viewing from the water by mokoro
(a local dug out canoe), a wonderful way of experiencing this unique, riverine
environment and its abundant game and birdlife. Other activities include
game walks through the bush or game drives by Land Rover. The birdlife in the
Delta is world famous - and the many unusual animals such as the lechwe
and the sitatunga, although sometimes hard to see, are there for the sharp-eyed
to spot. Nxabega also has a small swimming pool.
Why?
- Well run with very good game
Why Not?
- Management tends to change
- Standard of guiding could be better
