Further Information
Located in the Linyanti area north of the Okavango Delta, Selinda Camp is
set on the banks of the eastern Selinda Spillways, a waterway linking Botswana's
Okavango Delta to the Linyanti Swamps. Along the spillway is a private wildlife
reserve, where only a handful of guests can experience some of Africa's finest
wildlife. The shaded camp has a splendid view over open floodplains dotted
with palm trees.
Guests stay in one of seven Meru-style tents set under thatch with lovely
ensuite facilities nestled into the surrounding vegetation. Each has superb
views, a super, breezey veranda and an open air shower. The main camp area
is a thatched, double-tiered building with dining room, sitting room and bar.
There is also a traditional campfire area and a plunge pool. Daily activities
including morning, afternoon and evening game drives with experienced, professional
guides and short walks into the camp surrounds.
