Further Information

The camp is set in the middle of 3,600 square kilomiters of protected Koyaki wilderness and well away from any other lodges and camps, in the top of the Northern Edge of the Maasai Mara. Elephant Pepper Camp is a luxurious tented bush camp and surrounded by the vast amounts of varied game that the Maasai is so famous for.

The camp itself has recently been refurbished and concentrates on offering a very authentic Maasai Mara safari experience. The camp itself has eight large light canvas tents, all with ensuite dressing rooms, safari showers filled with hot water on request and flush toilets. Sit back and relax on the veranda and watch the game that is quite literally on your doorstep. There is no electricity and no noise apart from the noise of the bush.

Why?

  • Game rich area
Why Not?
  • Semi permanent tented camp may not be for everyone with basic   bathroom facilities
  • Tents really close together and smaller in reality than the photographs
  • Management can be slack
