Hotel Heinitzburg was established at the imposing Heinitzburg Castle and has recently become a Relais & Chateaux property. It has magnificent views across the city of Windhoek and guests are looked after to an exceptional standard by Beathe Raith and her professional and conscientious team of staff. The hotel is a great base from which to explore Windhoek, whilst its facilities, lovely gardens and swimming pool are also perfect for those wishing to simply relax following arrival into Namibia on international flights or before heading home after a busy safari. The spacious, stylishly decorated, ensuite bedrooms have super views and are equipped with air-conditioning, direct phone lines, electronic safes, mini-bars, televisions with cable & music channels. The hotel has a choice of dining facilities including the Gourmet Restaurant with delicious international and French à la carte cuisine and the Garden Terrace, which offers more relaxed and informal dining including snacks, coffee, cakes and sundowners.
