Further Information

Kulala Wilderness Camp is just south of Sesriem in the heart of the Namib Desert on a 21,000 hectare expanse of private land bordering the Namib Naukluft Park. Based at the foot of a mountain, the camp has ten simple, ensuite, thatch and canvas chalets, each built on elevated wooden platforms and linked up to a central area that comprises a dining room, bar sitting area and swimming pool.

The region boasts magnificient views of the famous red dunes of Soussusvlei as well as magnificent mountainous scenery and vast open plains. Owing to its desert location, Kulala is not an obvious choice for those wishing to see game so sightings of any wildlife in this area are extremely exciting. Activities include trips to Sossusvlei, early morning ballooning trips and guided walks and nature drives.
