Further Information
Sympathetically
constructed out of natural building materials, this lovely resort offers maximum
privacy in an exclusive atmosphere. The rooms are scattered along two white
sand beaches and are situated just 15m away from the shoreline of the Indian
Ocean. The resort has four bars, some great restaurants and plenty of activities
for the more energetic guests including golf (on the 18 hole championship golf
course), tennis, windsurfing, catamarans, snorkelling, kayaking, scuba diving,
deep sea fishing and mountain biking. There is a 3-tiered swimming pool and
a fitness centre with sauna, jacuzzi, gym and plenty of pampering treatments.
The rooms nestle amongst tropical gardens and the main pavilion overlooks the
surrounding beaches and islands - and the nearby beach of Anse Georgette was
recently voted the second most beautiful beach in the world
Why?
- beautiful hotel situated in an idyllic setting
- very close to an unusual and challenging small golf course which is the only
one on Praslin
Why Not?
- service can be very haphazzard and sometimes surly
- food could be better
